Lateness and Cancellations:
We offer an exclusive, intimate, and one-on-one salon experience designed to get the client in and out as close as possible to predicted time. You can conveniently cancel your appointments online up until 48 hours before your appointment. After that time you must call in to speak to someone directly DURING BUSINESS HOURS. During COVID-19, our ability to answer may vary so if you are unable to reach someone, please leave a voice message or email and that will serve as the time of cancellation. Cancellations at ANY time the day BEFORE or the day of your visit are subject to a $35 charge for Level 1 appointments (minus any additions) and $50 for ALL other services.
NO SHOWS are subject to full charge (MAX of $100).
We have a 15 minute grace period for appointments. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a fee if you arrive more than 15-minutes after your scheduled time. Please prepare for traffic delays in advance.
Likewise, our goal is to get you started within 15 minutes. We do our best to stay as close as possible to this and are likely to do outside of elements out of our control.
Matted, knotted, and highly tangled hair is subject to a
$25 charge. Please ensure that all previous up-do's and protective styles are removed and that the hair is detangled prior to your visit.
Of course a normal detangle, the essence of our hair, is included.
If for any reason you have concerns about your hair, you must contact the salon within 24 hours via phone/email to discuss possible options.
Services are non-refundable.
To ensure a positive and professional experience for all, children are not allowed unless services are rendered, and please limit the visitors you may bring during your visit. Visitors please remain in the waiting area.
Please refrain from bringing any outside food into the salon. We strive to keep the premises clean and suitable for all guests. During the visit, complimentary beverages are offered to all clients being serviced.
