Our Salon vision is special and unique. We are looking for stylists that are career minded, independent bosses ready to promote their services, but still value a team of genuine women. We are looking for stylists that are genuinely passionate about their craft, educating their clients, the growth of their career, and genuinely wanting to provide top-tier and customer centered services to their clients in an environment in which women help, uplift, and empower one another. Being alone in a studio is not your goal. There is power in being around others that keep you on your toes and motivate you. You are genuinely looking for a salon family and leveling up for your future is your goal!

We know that creating a team of independent stylists is not an easy task, but don't be discouraged! Kindness, lack of ego, and wanting to build genuine relationships that last a lifetime is the REAL goal. This is a no competition zone! We want to be each other's biggest cheerleaders! We trust our skills, our path, and know that we are all headed for greatness!  This is a place of like-minded individuals that genuinely value connection, helping one another, and ultimately being each other cheerleaders. We spend SO much time at work, and want this to be a happy and safe-space.
